in the latest Homag edge bander, allowing us to apply all types of edging with precision. Edge banding from 0.4mm ABS/PVC to 10mm timber lippings

Our biomass boiler, integrated with our extraction system,
processes all waste material, keeping our workspace dust-free and energy-efficient while significantly reducing our carbon footprint.

Size does matter! CNC panel sizes up to 4.2 metres x 2.2 metres x any thickness We are able to CNC most if not all panel products. MDF, MFMDF, MFC, Chipboard, Acrylics, Foamex and Di Bond. We can help advise you on the best panel product for your projects.

Edge Banding

Edge Banding

Our brand-new Homag edge bander does the lot. Panel thicknesses from 11mm to 65mm including fire door lipping with PUR glue. Using both neutral and white glue colours.

Bespoke Solutions

Bespoke Solutions

Full design service using Solidworks or AlphaCam. We can work with a simple sketch to full CAD drawings. Sheet optimisation to avoid waste. Prototyping. We prefer to do a prototype on retail display units and any other complex items.
